Tess Jaray’s 2001 painting ‘How Strange’, Bright Red is featured among works by Frank Auerbach, Edward Burne-Jones, William Coldstream, Ithell Colquhoun, Robyn Denny, Maeve Gilmore, Barbara Hepworth, Kim Lim, Algernon Netwon and Victor Pasmore.

Offer Waterman showcases the very best of Modern and Contemporary British Art at Frieze Masters this year. Tess’ large-scale 1960s painting Rialto is presented among works by artists such as Frank Auerbach, Henry Moore, Walter Sickert and David Hockney.

Both paintings were last exhibited in Tess’ solo exhibition at the Millennium Gallery, Sheffield, 2024.
